Thank you for your interest in our rental properties. My name is John Amerson and I am the property manager. Here is some information you'll need to know.

Rental Qualifications: 

Income: 3x monthly rent

                Must be verifiable

History: 

We do a full background check including credit history, rental history, criminal history and employment.

Is there anything we need to know about or discuss before you do an application?

We do not rent to persons with violent criminal history or evictions. 

Move-In Costs:

1st Months rent and $2500 deposit.

Rents are due on the 1st of each month via our online portal. They are late after the 5th. There is a late payment fee of $35.

3-day payment Notices are posted on the 6th. There is a $25 posting fee. 

Rents paid before the 1st with tenant handling minor maintenance will receive $100 rent credit.
